When posting advertisements on GannaGo, you agree that:

All information in your listings is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
You have the legal right to sell, rent, or offer the item or service listed.
Your listings do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
You will not post prohibited items including illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, stolen property, or adult content.
You will not use GannaGo to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.

4. Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from GannaGo.
Attempting to bypass security measures or interfere with the platform's operation.
Posting false, misleading, or deceptive listings.
Manipulating search results or reviews.

5. Transactions

GannaGo is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truthfulness of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

6. Fees & Payments

Basic listings on GannaGo are free. We may offer premium features, subscriptions, or promotional packages for a fee. All fees are displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GannaGo, including logos, design, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to GannaGo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GannaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to GannaGo in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use GannaGo ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer

GannaGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of GannaGo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
