Account & Registration
How do I create a GannaGo account?
Click 'Sign Up' at the top of any page and fill in your name, email address, and mobile number. You'll receive a verification link to activate your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Login' then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
How do I update my profile or contact details?
Go to your Profile page (click your name or avatar in the top-right menu). You can update your name, mobile number, profile photo, and company details from there.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us via email at support@gannago.lk or call us on 0762072881 and our team will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Posting & Managing Ads
How do I post an ad?
Click the 'Post Ad' button in the header. Select a category, fill in the details, upload photos, set your price, and submit. Basic ads are completely free.
Why was my ad rejected or removed?
Ads can be rejected if they contain prohibited items, inaccurate information, duplicate listings, or violate our community guidelines. You'll receive an email explaining the reason. Review our Terms & Conditions for the full list of prohibited content.
How long does an ad stay live?
Standard ads remain active for 30 days. You can renew or repost your ad at any time from your 'My Listings' page.
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Go to 'My Listings' from the top menu. Click on the ad you want to manage and select 'Edit' or 'Delete'.
Can I feature my ad at the top of search results?
Yes! GannaGo offers premium listing packages that boost the visibility of your ad. Visit the subscription page or contact us for current packages and pricing.
Payments & Subscriptions
Is it free to post an ad?
Yes, basic listings on GannaGo are completely free. We offer optional premium packages for increased visibility.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards and mobile payment options. All payments are processed securely.
Can I get a refund on a premium package?
Premium packages are generally non-refundable once activated. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
Safety & Fraud
I think I've been scammed. What should I do?
Stop all communication immediately. Do not send any more money. Report the incident to us via WhatsApp on 0762072881 or email support@gannago.lk with screenshots and details. For financial losses, file a report with your nearest police station.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Visit our Report Fraud page and follow the instructions, or contact our team directly via WhatsApp or email.
How does GannaGo verify listings?
Our team reviews ads before and after posting for accuracy, prohibited content, and suspicious activity. We also rely on user reports to identify and remove fraudulent listings quickly.
